The b-side "Keep it on" is defenitely my favorite on this. As long as you ignore the corny singing in the chorus, it's very nice! Almost an electro kind of style with hard/loud drums and good rhyming flows. The A-side uses the Queen "We will rock you " sample. "How I'm livin" is a beat box track. All tracks Engineered & Co-Mixed by Paul McKasty.

Run-out groove has:
"CB-1001-A/B" + the smiling "HERbIE JR :-)" signature, on each side respectively.

My favorite is the "Set if off" track. Engineered by Paul McKasty.

Run-out groove has:
Side A: "CB 1003 A U/C FINESSE + TLC" + the "CSB" signature with the two music notes next to it.
Side B: "CB 1003 B"
