Limited Japanese-only release, 500 copies made. The a-side is slightly different from the orignal version. Some added scratching in the chorus etc. I prefer this version!

The b-side is a previously unreleased Main Source track (original line-up w/ Large Professor), which was recorded for the 2nd Main Source album.

* = Unreleased track recorded in the early/mid 90's.
** = Previously unreleased instrumental
*** = Bonus track (recorded recently)

It's nice to finally see an official reissue of the amazing Freestyle Professors EP. Besides all tracks from the original EP, you also get these extra bonuses:
- three extra tracks that were NOT of the original 1994 EP (as good as anything else from the EP)
- two brand new tracks (one produced by Showbiz)
- two unreleased instrumental versions

Sounds to good to be true, right! But wait, the official price for this is $100 + shipping!! Yeah, that's a hefty sum even though it's a limited 500 copies release, hand-numbered and signed by the members. For a $100 dollars one could at least have expected a more fancy cover design, maybe even a nice gatefold cover. Well, if you really want those extra three unreleased tracks, what else can you do than go to the www.freestyleprofessors.com webpage and buy yourself a copy.

The 2nd release from Marley Marl's Hot Chillin' label (www.hotchillin.com). This time we get the previously unavailable "Set it off - extended vocal", which is slightly different from the 1988 UK-only "extended mix" version. This version has a longer intro with the beat starting immediately and Big Daddy Kane is giving a lot of shout-outs to various peoples at the end of the song. You also get the instrumental, acapella and a live version from 1988 (all unavailable anywhere else). As an extra bonus there's also a radio session of Big Daddy Kane and Antoinette doing a really nice track, which to my knowledge has never been available on vinyl before. Limited to 500 hand-numbered copies. This is number 474.
