This is the very 1st press of this fantastic 12", according to This Page (check the bottom of the page) there were only 1000 copies made! CLASSIC 12"!! Blue label (without barcode), silver lettering and the sticker on the cover. Note how the sticker is actually on the plastic wrap, so if you find it without the plastic wrap, there won't be any sticker on the cover.
